It wasn’t easy. But nothing worth doing ever is. This business became my first real platform. Not just to make money, but to create. To problem-solve. To build teams. To deliver value. It taught me everything — from quoting and compliance to managing trades, clients, timelines, and pressure. And most importantly, it gave me the foundation to think big. Instyle Homes was never just about construction. It was about learning how to lead and scale. About turning a skill into a business and a business into a vision. Today, I carry those lessons into everything I do. Whether it's property, finance, venture capital or advisory — the grit, discipline, and creativity I sharpened here still guide me every day.
